Hans is a Partner and focuses on advising international and domestic asset managers, institutional investors, banks and other financial institutions.

Hans’ focuses on forming and distributing all types of private and public funds (including direct funds, fund-of-funds, feeder funds & managed accounts) on a wide range of illiquid and liquid asset classes and advising on investment activities relating to primary, secondary and co-investments with a focus on private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, sustainable investments, private debt and real estate.

Hans also advises on investment management agreements and all types of asset management related service provider agreements, financing arrangements, financial regulation (including new technologies) and compliance services.

Hans played a prominent role in a number of large private market transactions (sell side and buy side).
